I have curly hair and have struggled with frizz all my life. First use of the Dove hair mask and I could see a considerable change in texture after usage. Hair was a 100 times softer, detangling it was much much easier and hair was shiny after use. I will definitely recommend this .

Paid for 4 masks, received only 2 - Dismal customer service

I ordered 4 masks and paid for them, under the B3G1 offer, but received only 2. Despite sending you receipts, pictures, etc, of the same over 10+ days ago, I am STILL YET TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS. I have sent multiple emails to your customer service team, and I receive the boiler plate “we have received your ticket” response, but NO RESPONSE. I called your helpline too, but they just asked me to send more images, post which I received no responses, just radio silence. This is just ridiculous. I did not expect this from Dove.
